At the age of 18 year old, the citizens had to take a test. The test gives you a score that determines your alpha score. This alpha/beta score determines how much of a virile or gentle male and female you were going to be. Once you received your score, you had to take hormone treatment to make it match your score. The normal score for a male was between 40 and 80. People outside those values were outliers. The treatment for a low score would affect the pilosity, muscle mass, fat distribution, penis development and more. You received a score of 4.
